Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitative material, or any content that depicts, promotes, glorifies, requests, stores, shares, or links to the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child.
- Any sexualized conversation, solicitation, manipulation, coercion, blackmail, extortion, or grooming involving a child, or any attempt to build an inappropriate relationship with a child for sexual purposes.
- Requesting, offering, advertising, distributing, seeking, browsing for, collecting, downloading, uploading, transmitting, forwarding, or making available any sexually exploitative material involving a child.
- Using the platform to lure, contact, threaten, deceive, exploit, harass, or endanger a child in any way, whether online or offline.
- Content that sexualizes minors, depicts minors in nudity or sexually suggestive contexts, or otherwise endangers child safety, even where the uploader claims it is a joke, art, awareness content, or role-play.
- Impersonation, identity misuse, or deceptive behavior intended to gain access to a child, obtain child sexual content, or facilitate abuse or exploitation.
- Any attempt to use Singularety to organize, facilitate, encourage, or profit from child abuse, trafficking, exploitation, or illegal contact with children.
- Re-uploading, reposting, mirroring, storing, or attempting to evade moderation action relating to child safety violations.
Reporting
If you see content, behavior, or an account that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or child endangerment, report it immediately.
You can report concerns through:

Please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- profile name or user ID
- screenshot or description of the content
- relevant chat, group, event, or merchant details
- date, time, and any other context that may help investigation
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services immediately.
Review and Response
Child safety reports are prioritized for urgent review. Upon receiving a credible report, Singularety may:
- remove or disable access to content
- restrict or suspend the involved account
- permanently ban repeat or severe offenders
- preserve relevant evidence and platform records
- escalate the matter for legal review
- report the matter to law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or appropriate
We aim to acknowledge child safety complaints promptly, typically within 24 hours, and to take appropriate action or provide an update as quickly as reasonably possible. Urgent cases may be acted on immediately.
Cooperation With Authorities
Where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect users, Singularety may preserve and disclose relevant information to law enforcement, regulators, child protection authorities, or other competent agencies.
Users in India may also report online child sexual abuse or exploitative material to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and to the local police or Special Juvenile Police Unit.
User Responsibilities
All users must:
- comply with applicable law and this policy
- avoid uploading, sharing, requesting, or engaging with prohibited material
- report suspected child safety violations without delay
- avoid misuse of reporting systems through knowingly false or malicious reports
Any attempt to misuse the platform in a way that endangers a child or interferes with a child safety investigation may result in immediate enforcement action.
